How to make Pea Noodle Soup

Prepare your ingredients.

Rinse the chicken back, put it in a saucepan, fill it with water. Add salt.

Wash and add peas to the meat. Put the pot on fire. When the broth boils, collect the foam that has formed. Boil the broth for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine an egg, a pinch of salt and flour.

Knead the dough.

Roll it with a rolling pin into a thin layer.

Sprinkle flour on the layer, roll into a roll and cut it into pieces.

Place the prepared noodles in the soup. Boil it for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables, then add the resulting fry to the soup. Cook the soup for another 5-7 minutes.
