How to make Pumpkin Seed Pesto

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the pesto sauce.

Pour pumpkin seeds with clean water for 10-12 hours.

Place the seeds in a blender bowl.

Add the peeled garlic.

Then add lemon juice, olive oil, basil, salt and parsley.

Whisk everything until smooth.

The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly closed jar for up to 2 days.
