Ingredients:
- Red caviar - 30 Grams
- Cheese - 80 Grams (hard)
- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces
- Onions - 100 Grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Salad" Mimosa "with red caviar"

Prepare your ingredients.

Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.

Take the portioned containers, put the cheese in the first layer, add a little mayonnaise, spoon the caviar over a spoon.

Peel the onion, rinse and dry, cut into small cubes or half rings. Sprinkle the onion with lemon juice.

Place the onion on top of the caviar, brush with mayonnaise.

Boil chicken eggs, grate on a medium grater and put in the salad in the next layer.

Garnish the salad with some caviar and serve.
