How to make "Oatmeal cookies with kefir with banana"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the ripe banana into rings and transfer to a bowl.

Mash the mashed banana with a fork to make a mushy mass.

Pour in kefir and add baking powder, mix.

Add oatmeal and stir.

Add flour.

Add the cinnamon and stir the dough, let stand 15 minutes to swell the oatmeal.

The dough should be thick. Spoon the cookies to create rounded tortillas. Spread the cookies at a distance so they don't stick together.

Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serve the cookies when they have cooled slightly.
