How to cook "Pink salmon with onions in the oven"

Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the tail and head from the fish if necessary, then thoroughly rinse it inside and out. Cut the pink salmon into 1.5-2 cm wide steaks.

Line a baking dish with foil and brush with oil. Top with evenly prepared steaks. Sprinkle the pink salmon to taste with salt and black pepper.

Cover the fish with a "coat" of onion sliced into rings. You can also salt the onion to taste and sprinkle lightly with pepper. Then wrap the foil tightly on all sides so that there is no air access and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
