Cooking description:
Pancakes with squid are very tender and juicy. They can be served at a buffet table, for a festive table and simply prepared for loved ones on weekdays. Peeled squids are boiled for 2-3 minutes, unpeeled - 5-6 minutes. Do not forget about hot drinks: tea, coffee.

Ingredients:
- Frozen squid - 2 Pieces (or 400 grams of peeled)
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Milk - 2.5 Glasses (any fat content)
- Wheat flour - 7 Art. spoons (5 tablespoons - in the dough + 2 tablespoons - in the sauce)
- Salt - 3 Pinches
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Pancakes with squid"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep container, add a couple of pinches of salt and beat for about 1-2 minutes.

Pour in 1.5 cups of milk of any fat content, whisk again. Pour in 5 tablespoons. wheat flour, whisk.

Boil water in a saucepan, peel the squid and put them in boiling water for 2 minutes, boiling until tender. Then remove and cool.

Pour vegetable oil into the pancake dough and stir it, bake thin ruddy pancakes for a minute on each side.

Mix the remaining milk with salt, ground black pepper and flour. Transfer to a skillet and place the container on the stove, including minimum heat.

Bring the sauce until thick and turn off the heat, let it cool slightly.

Cut the boiled squid into small cubes and add to the sauce, stir.

Place the filling on the pancake and roll it into a roll. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes.

Serve the squid pancakes to the table.
