How to cook "Onion gravy for cutlets"

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the onion into small cubes. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté for 7-10 minutes until transparent. No need to fry onions!

Add flour, stir. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg. Stir again.

Add water, bring to a boil. Stir constantly throughout the process.

Then add the sour cream and simmer the gravy for about 2 minutes. At this point, the gravy is ready.
