How to cook "Wings in kefir in the oven"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse chicken wings in water and pat dry with paper towels, remove feathers if present. Be sure to cut the last wing phalanx if you bought whole wings, as it will burn.

Put the wings in a deep container and fill with kefir, leave the meat in kefir for about 30 minutes.

Put the contents of the container in a baking dish, flatten. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the dish in the oven and bake the dish for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown.

Carefully remove the dish from the oven and let the dish cool slightly.
