How to cook "Bulgur pilaf with mushrooms"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and wash vegetables. Wash the meat and mushrooms, pat dry with a paper towel. Rinse the bulgur several times with water.
Heat some oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or cauldron and fry the mushrooms cut into plates. Then remove the fried mushrooms from the pan onto a plate.
Add a little more oil to the same pan and fry the finely chopped onion, then add the carrots chopped into small cubes.
When the carrots are slightly browned, add the sliced meat. Fry everything together for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, salt to taste. Then cover and fry under the lid for another 5-7 minutes. When the meat is ready, place the fried mushrooms on top.
And add the washed cereal. Smooth the cereals all over the pan and fill with water 1.5 cm above the cereal level.
After boiling, salt to taste, cover, reduce heat to low and cook under the lid until the liquid has completely evaporated.
