How to make "Marble cake with sour cream"

Prepare the ingredients for making a marbled cake.

Put soft butter in a bowl, add sugar.

Whisk the sugar and butter well and add two eggs one at a time, beating each time.

You should get a homogeneous fluffy mass.

Then add sour cream and soda to the dough. You can not extinguish the soda with vinegar. Sour cream contains lactic acid.

Pour flour into a bowl.

Stir the dough thoroughly so that there are no lumps. You can use a mixer.

Divide the dough into two equal portions. Add cocoa powder to one part. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the second part so that the consistency of the dark and light dough is the same.

Place light and dark dough alternately in a muffin tin.

Once all the dough has been laid out, use a wooden stick to make a few circular movements within the dough to create a marbled pattern.

Bake the marble cake in the oven at 175-180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. When pricked, it should come out dry.
