How to make "Broccoli and Avocado Salad"
Prepare all ingredients.
Divide the broccoli into florets. Boil in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Then dip immediately into cold water to preserve the vibrant green color.
Cut broccoli into small slices.
Wash the cucumber, cut in half, then cut into thin slices.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into medium-sized slices.
Combine avocado, broccoli and cucumber. Season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, season with dry garlic.
