- Rice - 100 Grams
- Pork - 200 Grams
- Carrots - 80 Grams
- Bow - 80 Grams
- Sauerkraut - 200 Grams
- Water - 1 Glass (250 ml.)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Pilaf with sauerkraut"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel carrots and onions, cut vegetables into small pieces.

Cut the pork into small pieces.

Chop the sauerkraut if it is too long.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add vegetables and meat - fry for 5 minutes, then add sauerkraut, fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour a portion of rice into the pan, add salt and pepper, you can use spices.

Then add water to the pan, stir everything and cook pilaf under the lid for 25 minutes. Serve the finished pilaf.
