How to make "Avocado sauce for fish"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse the avocado, cut in half, remove the pits and peels. Cut into cubes and pour the slices into a chopper or blender container.

Put sour cream in a container, add salt and ground black pepper.

Rinse and chop the green onions and add to the rest of the ingredients. Pour in lemon juice or squeeze several lemon slices.

Grind everything thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes on the pulsing technique.

Put the prepared dish in a gravy boat and serve with fish, for example, baked mackerel.
