- Lavash - 150 Grams
- Soy meat - 60-70 Grams
- Lean mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Tomato Paste - 1-2 Teaspoons
- Starch - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Water - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Italian Herbs - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Seasoning - 1/2 Teaspoon (for meat)
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Young white cabbage - 200 grams (or Peking cabbage)

How to cook "Shawarma with soy meat"

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak soy meat in hot water for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the potatoes well, dry and cut into wedges. Combine olive oil, Italian spices, salt and pepper. Lubricate the potatoes with the mixture and put them in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Wash soy meat in cold water and squeeze. Heat a skillet with a little oil and brown the soy meat until golden and crispy. While frying, press down with a spatula to evaporate excess liquid.

Combine soy sauce, starch, water, and tomato paste. Pour in the resulting liquid. Add spices. Saute the soy meat until the sauce evaporates and thickens.

Finely chop the cabbage, cut the bell pepper into strips.

Brush one half of the pita bread with mayonnaise. Arrange the potatoes and soy meat.

Place vegetables on top. Roll up with a roll, tucking the edges. Dry the shawarma in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
