And, of course, the absence of potatoes somewhat reduces the calorie content of this dish. And chicken meat makes lagman gentle on the stomach, since lamb and beef are harder for the body to assimilate. If you cook lagman with a lot of broth, it will look like a thick soup. And with less broth - for goulash with gravy and vegetables. Delicious anyway!

How to cook "Diet Lagman"

Prepare the ingredients for making lagman.

Wash the chicken leg and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and remove foam. Cook the chicken until tender.

Peel, wash and chop the onions and carrots. Put it in a cauldron. Broil lightly for 8-10 minutes, but do not overcook.

Wash green beans and put in a cauldron.

Wash the zucchini, peel. Young can not be cleaned. Chop the zucchini randomly and add to the cauldron.

Wash the bell peppers, peel them of seeds and partitions and cut into strips.

Wash the tomatoes, cut them and put them in a cauldron with the rest of the vegetables. You can pre-pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them off.
