Cooking description:
Below I will explain in more detail how to make vegan tuna. Instead of chickpeas, you can use soy texturate, previously boiled and broken into small pieces. Capers are optional, you can limit yourself to pickled cucumber only. If desired, you can also add finely chopped celery stalk. It turns out very interesting and delicious! The recipe will be especially relevant for those who have given up animal products or are fasting.

How to make Vegan Tuna

Prepare all ingredients.

Mash the chickpeas with a fork. It is not necessary to make a uniform consistency, let the texture remain.

Cut the onion into small cubes, add vinegar and marinate for 10-15 minutes. This will remove the harsh taste of the onion.

Finely chop the capers and pickled cucumber.

Cut nori seaweed into small squares or crush by hand.

Combine chickpeas, capers, cucumbers, seaweed and onions together. Add salt, fish seasoning, pepper and smoked paprika. Season the salad with soy sauce and lean mayonnaise.

Vegan tuna is ready, bon appetit!
