- Buckwheat - 200 Grams
- Mushrooms - 180 Grams (champignons)
- Onion - 50 Grams
- Carrots - 50 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 40 grams
- Water - 350 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Royal Buckwheat with Mushrooms"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel vegetables such as carrots and onions. Cut them into small cubes.

Heat oil in a skillet, sauté vegetables for a couple of minutes until soft, stirring occasionally.

Rinse the mushrooms, cut into medium pieces, add them to the pan with vegetables.

Fry mushrooms with vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste.

Pour in the washed buckwheat and then pour in the water. Add some salt.

Simmer buckwheat royally over low heat, covered for 15-20 minutes. Buckwheat should increase in volume and become soft. Stir.

Serve the finished dish to the table. Enjoy your meal!
