- Champignons - 200-250 Grams (royal)
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Drinking water - 1.5 L
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Butter - 1 tbsp. the spoon

How to make "Royal Champignon Soup"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and wash vegetables. Wash and dry the mushrooms.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cover with water. Salt a little and cook until tender. Do not pour the broth.

While the potatoes are boiling, finely chop the onion and fry in butter until golden brown. Put boiled potatoes and fried onions in a saucepan where you will puree the soup.

In potato broth, also boil mushrooms cut into 4 parts. 5-7 minutes. While the mushrooms are boiling, puree the onions and potatoes with a hand blender. Then add boiled mushrooms here.

Also add sour cream, puree the whole mass and gradually pour in the potato-mushroom broth. Pour in as much broth as you need for the thickness of the soup. Season with a little more salt, if necessary. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat and boil for literally 1-2 minutes. The soup is ready!
