Below I will explain in more detail how to make iced apple tea. Apples can be of any kind, but the juicier and more aromatic, the tastier it will be. Instead of Earl Gray, you can make hibiscus tea. If desired, fresh purple basil leaves can be added to the tea instead of spices.

- Apples - 3-4 Pieces
- Water - 1 Liter
- Earl Gray tea - 10-15 grams
- Sugar - 60 Grams
- Cinnamon - 1 Piece (stick)
- Cloves - 3 Pieces
- Ginger - 5-10 Grams
- Star anise - 1 Piece

How to make Iced Apple Tea

Prepare all ingredients.

Brew tea, leave it to cool to room temperature.

Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into slices.

Boil 300 ml. water with sugar. Add half the apple slices, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, and dried ginger. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Separate apple syrup from apples and spices.

Pour the chilled tea into a pitcher, add the remaining chopped apples. Pour in the syrup, stir. Top up with hot water. Let the tea brew for half an hour. Throw ice into the pitcher before serving.

Iced apple tea is ready!
