- Young cabbage - 100 Grams
- Boiled chicken fillet - 200 Grams
- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces
- Pickled onions - 40 Grams
- Hot Pepper - 5 Grams
- Green onions - 5 Grams
- Fresh cucumbers - 100 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Starch - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to make Japanese Chicken Salad

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the onion into half rings and pre-marinate in vinegar and water - 50 ml. vinegar and 100 ml. water.

Beat the chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt and a spoonful of starch.

Shake eggs until smooth.

Heat the frying pan, brush with oil and pour in a little egg mixture. Fry the pancakes on each side for 30 seconds.

Chop the cabbage into thin strips, put in a salad bowl.

Rinse the cucumber and cut into strips, add to the cabbage.

Cut the boiled chicken fillet into strips, or take apart into fibers.

Then add some chopped hot peppers, green and pickled onions to the salad.

Roll egg pancakes, cut into strips. Add egg pancakes to salad.

Stir everything, add salt and pepper, serve salad to the table. Enjoy your meal!
