How to cook Potato Corn Cutlets

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the potatoes, peel and boil until soft.

Mash the mashed potatoes.

Add finely chopped chili peppers, parsley, corn, lime juice and all the spices. Stir.

Form the cutlets into the desired size. Dip them in flour on both sides.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
