How to cook "Chicken Casserole with Vegetables"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Grease an ovenproof dish with vegetable oil, put potatoes cut into circles on the bottom and salt it.

Cut the onions into half rings and put the potatoes on top.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, put the onion on top and salt a little.

Wash the carrots well under running water, cut into slices and lay the chicken fillet on top.

Place zucchini cut into slices on top of the carrots.

Finely chop the cauliflower and place on top of all the vegetables. Combine eggs with sour cream, beat well and pour over vegetables. Send the mold to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
