How to cook "Kohlrabi and radish salad"

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the kohlrabi, then cut into strips.

Wash, peel and grate the carrots for Korean carrots.

Wash cucumbers and radishes, cut into half rings.

For dressing, mix olive oil with lemon juice, add salt and black pepper to taste. Beat with a whisk until a homogeneous emulsion is formed.
