How to make Protein Pancakes
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine flour, protein, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
Whisk the tofu, banana, milk, juice and lemon zest separately with a blender until smooth.
Combine dry and liquid ingredients, stir until smooth.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side.
