How to cook "Buckwheat porridge with pate"

Prepare the ingredients for making the pate porridge.

Sort the buckwheat from impurities and rinse thoroughly. Put in a saucepan, cover with water in the ratio of buckwheat to water 1: 2. Season with salt to taste and cook until tender.

Peel, wash and chop the onions. Place in a skillet.

Peel the carrots, wash and grate. Add to the skillet with the onion.

Pour in sunflower oil and some water. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the carrots and onions until soft.
