How to cook "Korean carrots with onions"

Prepare all ingredients.

Grate carrots for Korean vegetables.

Cut the onions into half rings.

Place the carrots and onions in a container.

Squeeze the garlic over the vegetables.

Add spices - Korean vegetable seasoning, salt, sugar and black pepper.

Drizzle with oil and vinegar.

Stir the carrots, leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 3-4 hours.
