We choose good and tasty sprats for the salad. Supplement the champignons with onions and fry everything. The salad also includes cheese and chicken eggs. If you like a sour salad, add pickled cucumber or pickle onions. The saturation and taste of the salad, of course, depends on the sprat. You can serve salad with any side dish, delicious with potato dishes.

- Sprats - 150 Grams (in oil)
- Champignons - 250 Grams
- Bow - 100 Grams
- Cheese - 70 Grams (hard)
- Chicken eggs - 1 Piece
- Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Green Onions - 30 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Salad with sprats and mushrooms"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash and dry the champignons. Cut the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. You can add other types of mushrooms if you like.

Peel the onion, rinse. Cut the onion into half rings. As I said above, you can pickle the onions in vinegar, so there will be a sour note in the salad, but I like fried onions here.

Cut the sprats into small pieces.

Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a frying pan, transfer the mushrooms and onions, fry for 5-7 minutes - until tender.

Transfer the mushrooms from the pan and sprats to a salad bowl.

Boil a chicken egg for 10 minutes, cool and peel. Cut the egg into small cubes.

Add the egg and diced hard cheese to the salad.

Rinse and chop the green onions into small pieces; it will give the salad a special spicy flavor. Add the onions to the salad.

Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper, mix everything and serve.
