How to make Pear Yeast Pie

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour flour, salt, sugar into a container for kneading dough, mix, make a depression.

Pour warm milk into the well, stir a little flour from the edges to the center of the well, leave for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast.

Add melted butter and one beaten egg. Substitute the dough. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.

After 15-20 minutes, put the dough on the table and knead for about 7 minutes until your "hands are clean", since the dough will stick to your hands very strongly at first, help yourself with a plastic scraper. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil and leave the dough to rise in a warm place until it grows 1.5-2 times.

Divide the matched dough into 2 unequal parts.

Put most of it in a baking dish, you can spread parchment on the bottom. Make small bumpers.

Cut the pears into thin slices.

Place the pears on the bottom of the tin, sprinkle with cane sugar on top. It is better to sprinkle sugar at the last moment, as pears actively begin to secrete juice.

Divide the remaining dough into 6 strips, weave 2 "pigtails" from them.

Make a chatterbox with egg yolk and one tablespoon of milk.

Lay out the "pigtails" along the side of the form, pinch the ends. Lubricate with milky yolk "talker".

Bake the pie in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.

The cooled cake can be sprinkled with icing sugar before serving.

Serve pear pie with tea or coffee. It turned out to be beautiful and very tasty!
Chef's advice:
It is very good to make a thin "substrate" for pears from cottage cheese or curd mass in such a pie.
