How to cook "Bean pate in Armenian"
Prepare your ingredients.
Soak the red beans in water for 6-8 hours in advance, then boil the beans until tender - 1.5-2 hours.
Put the walnuts in a blender bowl, chop until finely crumbled.
Now add the beans to the nuts. If necessary, during the grinding process, you can add a little liquid in which the beans were boiled, thereby adjusting the consistency of the pate.
Grind the ingredients until smooth, add the tomato sauce.
Add all the spices to the ingredients.
Re-grind the pate, sample and adjust the flavor.
Serve the pate. Good appetite!
