How to cook "Gluten Free Pancakes with Kefir"

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour kefir into a bowl, and beat in an egg. Add salt.

Then add baking soda.

Mix everything well with a whisk.

Add rice flour and mix well again. There should be no lumps in the dough.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Pour in half a ladle of dough. Twist the pan until the dough runs over it.

Fry the pancake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
