Prepare your ingredients.
Pour warm water into a bowl, add salt and sugar. Mix everything well.
Beat in an egg and mix well.
Knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour.
Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Wrap your hand around the risen dough. Form equal sized pieces.
