If you follow the canons of Chinese cuisine, then such noodles should be cooked in a wok. But if you don't have one, any one will do. It will be delicious too. The dish is prepared simply and relatively quickly. My recipe is adapted for Europeans and contains a minimum amount of spices. If desired and available, you can add oyster sauce and rice or apple cider vinegar.

- Squid - 200 Grams
- Noodles - 200 Grams
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Ginger Root - 5 Grams
- Chicken egg - 1-2 Pieces
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Green onions - 20 Grams
- Sunflower oil - 40 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon

How to cook "Chinese Squid Noodles"

Prepare the ingredients for making Chinese squid noodles.

Peel the squid from the film and wash. Cut into thin strips and place in a skillet with butter.

Fry the squid quickly.

Put carrots, cut into thin strips, in another pan. Pour in some oil and simmer until soft.

Then add the chopped ginger root.

Toast the carrots lightly with the ginger root.

Add chopped or chopped tomatoes and garlic to the skillet. And lightly fry again.

Add eggs and fry again until eggs thicken.

Boil the noodles and put in a frying pan with vegetables, stir.

Add fried calamari, salt to taste, pour in soy sauce.

Chop the green onions and add to the squid noodles.

The squid noodles are ready. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish and serve hot.
