Chicken necks for beer can be prepared with various spices and sauces, I used garlic, tomato and soy sauce for this. I also took paprika, some salt and black pepper. The beer snack is delicious!

- Chicken necks - 300 Grams
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Tomato sauce - 1 Tbsp. spoon (or ketchup)
- Soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Black Pepper - To taste
- Paprika - To taste
How to make "Chicken necks for beer"
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse chicken necks and pat dry on paper towels.
Cut the chicken necks into 2 roughly equal pieces to make the dish portioned and easier to eat. Add spices to taste and stir.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and lay out the chicken necks.
Fry the chicken necks for 10-15 minutes, turn over until golden brown.
Combine soy sauce, tomato sauce and garlic. Stir.
Brush the meat with sauce, stir and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
The finished snack can be served hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
