How to make Vegan Glazed Curds

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the tofu into rectangles, then use paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Grind tofu, Jerusalem artichoke syrup and coconut oil with a blender until smooth. Add vanillin and lemon juice to taste.

Blind curd cheese of the desired size from the resulting mass. Put in the freezer for half an hour.

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt in a water bath.

Crush the nuts. Dip the curds in melted chocolate, sprinkle with nuts on top. Refrigerate until the chocolate is completely frozen.
