- Chicken eggs - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Cheese - 60 grams (hard)
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Tenderness salad with chicken liver"

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil the carrots until tender, then peel and cool. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, put in the first layer in the salad.

Brush the carrots with mayonnaise, lightly salt.

Grate the chicken liver on a medium grater, put on top of the carrots, salt.

Brush the liver with mayonnaise.

Grate hard cheese on a medium grater, put on top of the liver.

Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, peel and grate on a fine grater, lay out with a finishing layer.

Soak the salad for an hour and serve.
