How to make Mogilev Milk Soup
Prepare all ingredients.
Beat the egg with salt.
Add water, potato starch and mix well.
From the resulting mixture, greasing the pan with vegetable oil, bake pancakes. The pancakes are white and almost transparent.
From the specified number of ingredients, 10-12 pieces come out. Roll each pancake into a tube.
Then cut the pancakes into rings.
Boil the milk and add the sliced pancakes. After boiling, cook for 1 minute. Mogilev style milk soup is ready.
Add sugar and butter to the finished soup to taste. Enjoy your meal!
For a more original taste, add cinnamon to the soup.
