From yeast dough with mayonnaise, all baked goods are fluffy, airy and tasty. You do not put any butter or eggs in the dough. The pressed yeast can be replaced with dry yeast. They will be required three times less. From the specified amount of ingredients, two large rolls are obtained. Tea, coffee, milk or compote is exactly what you need.

- Milk - 200 Milliliters
- Yeast - 20 Grams (pressed)
- Sugar - 7 Art. spoons (5 tablespoons - in the dough, 2 tablespoons - in the filling)
- Vanilla sugar - 10 grams
- Mayonnaise - 150 Grams
- Flour - 450 Grams
- Poppy - 150 Grams
- Raisins - 100 Grams
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Chicken egg - 1 Piece

How to cook "Roll with poppy seeds and raisins"

Prepare all the ingredients for making the poppy seed raisin roll.

Crush yeast into a bowl.

Pour in warm milk.

Add mayonnaise.

Add salt.

As well as sugar and vanilla sugar.

Pour in the sifted flour.

Knead a soft, elastic dough. Cover it with a towel and place in a warm place.

In an hour and a half, the dough will increase in volume by 2-3 times.

Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll each part into a rectangular layer. Place the poppy filling on top of the dough. Pre-boil the poppy seeds in water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the poppy seeds and grind with a mortar or coffee grinder.

Wash the raisins well with hot water. Dry and place on poppy seeds.

Start rolling the roll on the wide side of the dough.

Roll up the roll. Seal the edges well.

Place in a baking dish.

Let the roll sit warm for 25-30 minutes. Then brush with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 175-180 degrees.

Remove the finished roll from the oven, cool, cut and serve with tea, coffee, compote.
