How to make a "Mushroom and Cheese Sandwich"

Prepare all ingredients.

Tear the oyster mushrooms into fibers with your hands.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms. After they dispense liquid, add soy sauce and pepper to taste. Fry until the liquid evaporates and is golden brown.

Brush the bread halves with mayonnaise. Place the oyster mushroom filling on one side and a slice of cheese on the other.

Combine the bread halves and grill for 4-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
