How to cook "Salad with mussels and seaweed"

Prepare your ingredients.

Place the seaweed in a salad bowl.

Peel the onions, rinse and dry. Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the cabbage. Since the cabbage itself is pickled, the onion will take away some of the flavor notes and become less vigorous.

Boil the mussels in salted water for three minutes beforehand. Cool them down and add to salad.

Hard-boiled chicken egg, peel and cut into cubes, add to salad.

Season all ingredients with oil, stir. Remove the sample, add salt and pepper if necessary to taste.
