- Beets - 500 Grams (boil and chill)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Cottage cheese - 180 Grams
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Semolina - To taste (for breading)
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to cook "Beetroot cutlets with cottage cheese"

Prepare all ingredients. Boil or bake beets in the oven and refrigerate.

Grate the beets on a fine grater. If the beets are juicy enough, squeeze out the juice and transfer them to a deep bowl.

Add the diced onion.

Add cottage cheese, egg, garlic minced through a press, salt to taste and ground pepper.

Mix everything well.

Form cutlets from the beetroot mass and roll them in semolina, flour or breadcrumbs one by one.

Fry the patties on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

Beet cutlets with cottage cheese are ready. You can serve cutlets on your own, with sour cream or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
