How to cook "Lightly salted cherry tomatoes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Use a toothpick to puncture the stalks.

Coarsely chop the greens. Pass the garlic through a press.

Place the cherry tomatoes, salt, herbs, and garlic in a bag.

Tie the bag, mix the contents well. Leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Then refrigerate for one day.
