Thick kefir pancakes are prepared very quickly, the main thing is to add quite a bit of soda so that the baked goods are fluffy. But do not overdo it with this ingredient, otherwise the pancakes will turn out to be completely tasteless! Serve them with tea, milk, coffee and other drinks.

- Kefir - 1 Glass (any fat content)
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Water - 0.5 cups
- Wheat flour - 7 Art. spoons
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons (optional)
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 Art. spoons
- Soda - 2 Pinches
How to cook "Early ripe pancakes on kefir"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. If making sweet pancakes, add sugar. If salty, remove it from the ingredients list.
Pour kefir of any fat content into a deep container and beat in chicken eggs there, add salt. Add sugar at this stage if you plan on making sweet pancakes. Whisk thoroughly with a whisk or fork, pouring in water.
Pour in premium wheat flour and baking soda, gently stir the flour into the egg mass so that no lumps form.
Pour in vegetable oil and mix the dough again. Leave it alone for 10 minutes.
Then preheat a pancake pan and brush it with oil. Pour in some of the dough and bake the pancake. When baking, a lot of bubbles will form on the surface, as soon as they burst - you can flip the pancake to the other side, frying the baked goods on moderate heat.
Protomit the pancake on the other side for about 1 minute and place on a plate. Fry the rest of the pancakes in this way.
Serve them warm with tea and sauces. Enjoy your meal!
