How to make "Potato Pancakes with Cheese"

Prepare your ingredients.

Transfer the boiled potatoes to a blender bowl, add the broth from the potatoes.

Grind everything until smooth.

Beat two large chicken eggs into the bowl.

Add milk, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.

Chop everything again, add flour and baking powder.

Grind all the ingredients, prepare the dough, pour it into a bowl. Add finely chopped green onions.

Grate hard cheese on a medium grater, add to the dough.

Stir everything and add a little oil.

Heat the frying pan and grease with oil. Pour in some dough, fry the pancakes on each side for 30 seconds.

Ready-made pancakes can be served immediately.
