How to cook "Orange Caviar"

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour vegetable oil into a glass and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. It should become thick and cloudy.

Combine water, orange juice, and sugar. Add agar agar, stir well. Place on medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.

Pour cold oil into a bowl and use a syringe or pipette to drop the orange mixture.

Throw the watered caviar on a sieve and rinse in cold water.
