Ingredients:
- Buckwheat - 2 Glasses
- Water - 4 Glasses
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters

- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Mushrooms - 300 Grams (I have champignons)
- Salt - To taste

How to cook "Buckwheat with mushrooms and vegetables"

Prepare all ingredients.

I use a cauldron for cooking, but you can take any dish with a thick bottom. Add oil, heat and lay out the chopped onions and coarsely chopped carrots.

Fry the vegetables, stirring occasionally until soft.

Add the sliced mushrooms.

Fry everything together until the liquid evaporates.

Add the julienned peppers and the sliced tomato.

Continue frying for about 2-3 minutes more.

Add buckwheat, salt, spices and pour in the required amount of water. Cover the cauldron with a lid and cook over low heat until the cereals are cooked. On average, it takes 25-30 minutes.
