- Farfalle - 250 Gram

- Egg yolk - 1 Piece
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Greens - 20 grams (parsley, basil)
- Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp spoons

How to cook "Farfalle with shrimps in a creamy sauce"

Prepare your ingredients.

Fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown. At the same time place a pot of water for cooking the farfalle according to the instructions on the package until it is al dente.

Add 1 egg yolk to the cream, flour, stir so that there are no lumps.

Pour the creamy flour mixture into the skillet over the onion, bring to a boil.

Put the shrimps in the creamy sauce and heat well, add chopped herbs.

You can stir the farfalle with the sauce and shrimp in a saucepan, or you can put it on top of the farfalle, pouring the sauce on top. Garnish with herbs on top. Serve with a lemon wedge. Very tasty, besides very quickly, try it yourself!
