How to cook "Mannik with peaches"
Prepare the required ingredients.
In a deep bowl, mix kefir with semolina.
Stir and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Then add eggs, vegetable oil. Stir.
Add sugar, stir.
Mix flour with baking powder. Insert into the dough. Mix well.
Drain the syrup from the peaches. Set aside. It will still come in handy. Cut two halves into slices, the rest of the peaches into small pieces.
Take a baking dish. Brush liberally with butter. Pour half of the dough, place the peach slices on top.
Pour the second half of the dough over the peaches. Arrange the "flowers" from the peach slices on top. Put the manna in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer. It must be dry. Remove the manna from the oven.
While still warm, prick the cake with a fork. Pour the manna with the left syrup and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Slice the pie in portions and serve with tea. Enjoy your meal!
