How to cook "Meat cutlets with eggplant"

Prepare the ingredients for the eggplant cutlets.

Peel, wash and finely chop the onions. Place in a skillet.

Pour in some sunflower oil and fry lightly.

Wash the eggplant, peel and cut into circles.

Fry the eggplants in a skillet on both sides, but not until brown.

Wash the pork and mince it.

Do the same with fried onions and fried eggplants.

Pour a white loaf or bun with cold, boiled water and squeeze out after a few minutes. Wash the parsley. Pass these ingredients through a meat grinder.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir the minced meat for the cutlets thoroughly.

Shape the minced meat into cutlets with wet hands and place in a hot skillet with sunflower oil.

Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Then place in a plate or skillet and place in the oven. Bake the cutlets for another 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 185-190 degrees.

Eggplant meat patties are ready. Serve with any side dish.
