- Butter - 100 grams
- Sugar - 3/4 Cup
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Yogurt - 170 Grams (natural without additives)
- Banana - 1-2 Pieces (depending on size)
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Flour - 1.5 Cups
- Vanillin - 1 Gram

How to make Banana Yoghurt Pie

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla.

Add yogurt, mashed bananas with a fork and melted butter.

Mix everything, add flour and soda.

Stir the dough until smooth and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina.

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool the finished yoghurt pie in a mold, then cut into portions and serve. You can sprinkle with icing sugar on the top before serving.
