Prepare your ingredients.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, cut into large pieces.

Grind the chicken fillet in a blender or meat grinder.

Transfer the minced meat to a bowl. Peel and rinse the onion, cut into small cubes and add to the minced meat.

Add starch, salt, pepper and spices to a bowl.

Mix everything well.
